Wine Club Agreement

Terms and Conditions:

Membership in the Nine Gables wine club will entitle me to a 20% discount on club shipments and in addition a 5% discount on all items purchased, not including items on sale, in the tasting room as long as I am a member in good standing.  I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and there will be someone at the shipping address to sign for the wine who is also 21 years old or older.  I further understand that there is no charge for membership however once becoming a member I am responsible to accept at least two shipments of club wine before I may cancel membership.  After that second shipment I may cancel my membership at any time with written, faxed or e-mailed request at least one week before any club shipment.  I also accept responsibility for notifying Nine Gables of any change of address either by mail, e- mail or fax.  After one year of membership my membership automatically renews for another year unless I cancel my membership at least two weeks prior to the next club shipment.  I further understand, and accept that extra shipping charges for incorrect address information or return because of non deliverable charges are my responsibility.  Nine Gables reserves the right to select those wines shipped and to send such shipments on their schedule not to exceed more than four shipments of two bottles in any twelve month period.  Nine Gables also agrees that no wine will be shipped that exceeds a cost of more than $65 for the two bottles plus tax and shipping. 

Agreement

I have read the above terms and conditions and agree to terms, for membership in the Nine Gables Wine Club.  I also agree for Nine Gables Winery to ship two bottles of wine periodically not to exceed more than four such shipments in any 12 month period.  I authorize Nine Gables Vineyard and Winery to use my credit card for this purpose until written notice for cancellation has been received as outlined above.  If the wine is returned because of refusal or non deliverable, or not picked up within 30 days of notice of it being ready for pick up, there will be costs in handling and or shipping.  It is also understood that these additional costs will be charged to my credit card.
